week in photos #24

001. How can it be the end of the week already? I have no idea where the time went, but I really hope this week goes by just as quickly because this time next week I'll be drunk dancing in a field. I decided last minute to buy a ticket to T in the Park because my favourite band, The Strokes, are playing and I've been waiting for what seems like forever to see them live! The full line up looks amazing but I'm probably most excited about The Strokes and Crystal Castles!

002. I've been really enjoying Wimbledon this year. Being sat infront of the TV with a punnet of strawberries is a great way to spend the afternoon, despite most of my friends not understanding what is so exciting about two people hitting a ball back and forth. It was dissapointing to see Murray, and Federer, out before the final but I've always been a bit of a Nadal fan so I'll be cheering him on in the finals today!

003. Probably the worst photo ever, but I'm SO excited that True Blood is back on and man am I loving having Eric Northman back on my screen. I'm really excited to see where this season goes, but really hope they keep Sookie's fairy storyline to a minimum because I don't enjoy it at all!

004. I went to see Bad Teacher this week and wouldn't recommend it. It's one of those films that shows all the best bits in the trailer and then you spend the whole film paying more attention to your bucket of popcorn than the movie. I also went to see Kung Foo Panda 2 aswell. That, on the otherhand, was actually quite good!

005. After me complaining about the grey weather last week, we finally get some sunshine! The past few days have been so warm and sunny. My hayfever has been awful but (as you can tell from the lack of posts this week!) it hasn't stopped me loading myself up on antihistamines and going out and enjoying the weather!

006. I went to watch Liam graduate on Wednesday and then went out for a lovely Italian meal afterwards. I'm so proud of him! The combination of an early morning, a three course meal and a few glasses of wine meant that I was ready for bed before 6pm!

007. Yesterday was my towns annual festival and one of the (only) cool things about it was a little area where you could touch and hold owls. The owner was a bit crazy and actually let the owls live in his house but I can kind of understand why because they were so cute! I fell in love with this little guy who was so soft and very tame. Can I have a pet owl plz?
