stuck in a rut

In my last nail art post I said that I wanted to come up with some new ideas and get of out my leopard print nail art rut, well, that clearly didn't happen! The truth is, I usually paint my nails right before I need to go out and I'm usually in such a rush that I don't have time to experiment or think of new ideas. That's exactly what happened here. I wasn't too sure on the colours at first but they're growing on me. I've also almost mastered how to use my nail art pen. I made a complete mess of my pinky, but I got gradually better with each finger I painted.

I'd love to hear what you girls have all been painting your nails like lately! Does anyone have any suggestions on things I should try when I next paint my nails?

  5. RRRonRoute37 - I completely forgot WAH! had a blog! xx

Robyn - I think I might do marbled nails next time. I keep putting it off! xx

Lulu - My hands not that steady either to be honest! The pen or a liquid eyeliner pen makes it a lot easier. Sometimes I like to just paint my nails a plain colour :) xx

Sarah - :( I hope you get your nails back in good condition soon. xx

  6. Love the colours you used, nice chance from golds/browns. I like it when the nail is painted in a plain colour then the tips are glitter but quite subtle like nude polish and silver glitter x

  13. I tried doing nail art, there are some amazing designs out there!

One that I've always wanted to try but havn't got mad skills to do is.. White nails that look like notebook paper so the lines will be blue and then you can write cute notes on them :D

I quite like plain clours right now. Mine are white :D
