nails ala WAH

leopard nails

This is my attempt at leopard nails a la WAH Nails and I don't think they turned out so bad!

My favourite (only?) pink nail polish has went annoying clumpy and really, really sticky so it was AWFUL to apply which is why my base coat isn't as neat as I had hoped. I'm really annoyed that it's went clumpy because it's one of my favourite colours and I've only used it 2 or 3 times. It's from the Collection 2000 Hot Looks range and it's the perfect Barbie-pink colour. I'm not usually a fan of pink but there's just something about this colour, don't you think?

Other colours used are Barry M 295 Turqouise and BMX Bandit which is another gem from the Hot Looks collection.

My nails are a bit of a mess at the moment. I have lots of ridges and they don't seem to be growing well at all. They keep chipping. It's been an on-going battle over the past few months to grow my nails and have them in good condition but after trying plenty of products and giving them a lot of love and attention I think I might admit defeat and try to live with having short nails!

  1. Ooooh I love the nails!

Whenever I try to do this they get all smudged :(

I think if you put a tiny bit of nail polish remover in the sticky polish it goes back to normal? Not 100% though so google it!

Loveeee your blog by the way. Loving the background!

  3. @ Chloe

Thanks for the tip! It worked a little. It's a lot easier to apply but it's really sticky, ugh! Might just have the buy a new one.
